Skew

The skew modifier let you produce a uniform offset in an object’s geometry. You can control the amount and direction of the skew on any of three axes. You  can also limit the skew to a section of the geometry.

Step1: create a box.

Step2: Click on modify tab and select skew tool.

Step3: Set z-axis and specify skew amount.
